Do you feel bad taking a whole cart load into the dressing room knowing you may buy 1 or 2 things…or maybe even nothing? Or just me? If I do, and time allows, I often take a lot of it back out with me and put it back on the rack where it goes to make myself feel better about not giving a whole stack to the dressing room attendant. Ha!
That’s what happened at my last trip to Old Navy. Besides kids clothes, I haven’t done Old Navy in a while but I’ve seen some great stuff and ventured back out when I saw those pull on jeans. Here’s my review (photos below):
Pink stripe sweater. http://shopstyle.it/l/vS5D – this Heather pink stripe was cute but I would wear in your normal size or size up for a looser fit. All the sweaters I tried on were XS but I’d get this in S, which I consider my normal size.
Yellow stripe cardigan. http://shopstyle.it/l/vS5z – shiny, happy yellow cardigan! This was comfy and adorable. I think this is great for a spring transition, but I would only buy on sale.
Relaxed lace-up sweatshirt. http://shopstyle.it/l/wcMk – this is sooo soft and I love that there’s no bulky hood. I didn’t love the color on me, would prefer the navy.
http://shopstyle.it/l/vS5m – So comfy! Finding the right size in store was definitely hard and I only saw one petite size which didn’t work for me. My verdict is, the built in sculpt is a little pricier, but that’s the version I’d go with to hold in my sides more comfortably. I liked the normal pants, instead of the distressed (just didn’t like where these holes hit me for some reason…)
What I bought
This textured top is what I walked away with! http://shopstyle.it/l/vQAZ – wearing XS. It’s so comfy and I think it works well dressed up or down! I loved this light pink color that I’ve been eyeing in other finds.
If you’re looking for something super soft, check this out (butter soft!) – http://shopstyle.it/l/vS5b. The olive color is adorable, too, but they didn’t have many in stores.
And did you see the little girl moto jacket? http://shopstyle.it/l/wcVu – Swoon! Just in case you want to match!
My favorite is the lattice back sweatshirt! Cute back and thumb holes!
http://shopstyle.it/l/v7Bq – high waist compression pants (didn’t find these exact ones pictured online, but I tried on a couple pairs and liked them all)
Happy budget-friendly shopping to you!
